Our award-winning fluoride varnish comes packaged in a patented hygienic LolliTray™. The ergonomic design and smooth easy peel make every fluoride application easier, safer, faster and more comfortable.
FluoroDose contains 5% sodium fluoride (NaF) or 22,600 ppm of fluoride. Each unit contains one single dose (0.3 mL) of FluoroDose plus one Benda Brush applicator. Simply peel back the cover, dip in the brush, mix and apply. Centrix makes fluoride varnish safer and cleanup easier.

The ADA considers fluoride varnish to be a safe and efficacious part of a caries prevention program that includes caries diagnosis, risk assessment and regular dental care.1 FluoroDose, like all fluoride varnishes, is FDA-cleared for treating dentinal sensitivity.
Allergen Risk Information
FluoroDose does not contain lactose, nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, soy, peanuts, tree nuts or their derivatives, fish/shellfish, seed products or ANY dyes (including Red Dye 40). FluoroDose does contain rosin and beeswax.

How To's
- Clean teeth and remove excess moisture from area to be treated.
- Grip the foil cover and slowly peel back, exposing the brush applicator and varnish well. If you keep your thumb over the peel end, the brush will pop-up, ready to use. No spilling it onto the tray (or floor!)
- Remove applicator brush and stir material in well.
- Paint a thin film of varnish onto the teeth – no need to paint every tooth, broad swipes across the four buccal quadrants, then across the lingual quadrants, and finally across the occlusal surfaces. Done in 40 seconds!
- Let the varnish dry for approximately 10 seconds and then instruct the patient to close their mouth.
- Dispose package and applicator after use.
- Patient may leave immediately after treatment. Patient should be advised to remain on a soft food diet and only drink cold liquids for two hours after treatment; and not to brush for a minimum of 4 to 6 hours.
- When dry, any excess varnish may appear ”spotty” and may slide off the tooth surface. This will not affect the efficacy of the product, as there is still a full layer of varnish on the tooth.
Contraindications:
- Ulcerative gingivitis and stomatitis
- Known allergic reactions to fluoride
- Avoid ingestion during application
- Known allergies to colophony, beeswax or similar materials.
Interactions:
Do not apply when other fluoride treatments (gels or foams) are to be done on the same day. The use of fluoride tablets and rinses should be interrupted for several days after initial treatment.
Adverse Reactions:
Edematous swellings have been reported in rare instances, especially after application to extensive surfaces. Dyspnea, although extremely rare, has occurred in asthmatic patients. Patients with sensitive stomachs have reported nausea on occasion. Varnish may easily be removed through tooth brushing and rinsing.
