Calcium-silicon compounds support tissue reconstruction following wall perforation and intracanal resorption.\u003cbr\u003eBIO MTA+ contains hydroxyapatite, a natural component of bones, which integrates the compound perfectly into the bone structure.\u003cbr\u003eBIO MTA+ is not suitable as a standalone permanent root canal filling.\u003cbr\u003eOnce its two components have been mixed, BIO MTA+ exhibits extremely plastic and cohesive consistence without brittling and stays on the instruments.
