E60 Ultrasonic Irrigation Tip
Main Features
-
Minimally Invasive Irrigation: The working part is spiral but not sharp.
-
Anatomic Preservation: It has basically no cutting ability, which effectively avoids destroying the natural root canal shape.
-
Safety & Efficiency: Designed to bring efficient and safe cleaning operations to endodontic procedures.
Irrigating Operation (Step-by-Step)
-
Placement: Put the irrigating tip into the root canal, trying to keep the tip unstressed (free-moving).
-
Duration: Start the device for 20 seconds and then stop to clean the root canal.
-
Frequency: Generally, a root canal needs to be irrigated 3 times for 20 seconds each.
-
Service Life: The recommended service life for one tip is 30 ~ 50 root canals.
Important Notes & Safety
-
External Debugging: To ensure the service life of the tip, first perform external debugging. Start the foot pedal under Power Level 1 to ensure water output is normal.
-
Power Adjustment: Adjust the power within the limit (Levels 1~6) according to individual needs to ensure the water reaches the very end of the tip.
-
Fracture Prevention: To avoid instrument fracture, prevent the tip from getting stuck and vibrating while wedged tightly in the root canal.
Technical Settings
-
Mode: E (Endo Mode).
-
Power Graph: Shows a preference for lower to mid-range power. High power settings (MAX) are marked with an "X" to indicate they should be avoided to prevent breakage.
-
Irrigation: Ensure consistent water volume throughout the procedure
